- I think the challenge will give me a push to improve my eating habits. I am interested in seeing the benefits of eating raw for myself and I am my own best guinea pig :).

First 10 Days: Goals
As the start date of the challenge creeps up on me I am getting a little nervous about all of the food preparation. I cook more than most of my friends, but I am not really a "foodie" by any means. I am concerned about cooking dinner for Buddy since he's such a must-eat-meat kind of person. Honestly, I am not too happy about this right now. It's not that I am trying to push him to do what I am doing but it sure would make things easier for me since I do the shopping and cooking. Oh well.

I felt the same way as your intro says you do (about 2 years ago). When it was the right time I embraced raw and have been going strong for 7 months now! Who woulda thunk?! lol
