that is fantastic and I hope a lot of people will participate! I used to donate blood but now have entered the plasma program so i can donate often! it is a wonderful feeling knowing you can help save lives by giving away a little part of yourself.
I hope LOTS of people can do this! I am diabetic now & can't donate, but before that, I used to give blood regularly - it's a great thing, to know you're helping someone else!
I'm glad everyone is okay, and congratulations! :)
OK folks, I'm trying to start some buzz in the raw communities in general for the first ever, RAW FOOD BLOOD DRIVE!
My beautiful wife recently went through a very challenging delivery. Without going into detail, this is my thanks and gratitude go...
I already printed it!!! Thanks. I see you are from Seattle, my favorite city in this big world!!! I lived in the Northwest before moving to Greece. We have a home in Auburn that we are renting out. I was a Flight Attendant for Alaska Airlines for 20 years, Washington is such a wonderful place to call home. My parents just made the move to the other side of the mountains to be closer to the hunting and fishing. I see a lot of people from the Seattle area on here, it must be nice to be so close to so many raw friends in the flesh!!!
So glad you came back for a moment.I see you are in Seattle or there about ,so I heard you had lost weight(like I will be doing too),so I wanted to simply say Hello neighbor.
Hi! I had a great time hanging out last night. I need to get out around raw peeps more often. The Dolly-Raw-Ma shrine was brilliant. I can hardly wait to see the vid. And I'm telling you, Dolly-Raw-Ma around the world has to happen :). Take care
I was reading your blog, and the hot sauce story was HILARIOUS!
In regards to your blog, I noticed that you're no longer on the notorious JF. This is day 12 for me, and I've lost a bit more than I would have preferred. I added it up, and I'm getting roughly 1500 calories per day. This isn't awful when you consider I'm getting 100% of all of those calories, but it's still probably a good deal less than I'm used to (closer to 2500+ when I was recently cooked, not baked...don't tell my employer, jk). What were the main things that caused you to break the fast (and I'm not talking about granola with almond milk in the morning...lol)?
I can honestly say that I have not noticed any improvements in any area, whatsoever (energy, health issues, etc.), but it's probably b/c I'm still detoxing a decent amount. Have you seen any improvements from your 14 day stint in liquid land?
All the best in your return to the world of mastication!
I've seen an older video of you and wow, what a difference! Anyway, just wanted to say hello and to let you know how nice to have you here on rawfu.........
