Day 1

So I've had a terrible sore throat the last few days. I made myself an orange icee for breakfast. A fresh orange and some ice crunched up in the vita-mixer. It was simple and tastee. A few days ago i prepared some sprouts, so for lunch i had sprouted garbanzo beans, lentils, and fresh mixed greens for lunch with a green dressing.
