just a quick update i weighed yesterday (july 1) and i weigh 241. this means i lost 10 pounds this month. yea me! yea raw foods! i was not perfect all month, spent two weekends out of town and last weekend was difficult because i was not well prepared. i did not have a cooler and my food kept spoiling in the 108 degree texas heat. so i ate alot of chinese steamed broccoli and green beans. i did work outside almost everyday in june trimming trees and cleaning the yard, the heat has gotten so bad…

ok, i did not get up and weigh like i had planned. instead i went outside while it was still cool enough to breathe and worked. i loaded about 50 heavy cement blocks and topped that off with a little more than 200 bricks. loaded and then unloaded and stacked them at the little house. then i went to two grocery stores. the reason i say this is that my pedometer shows i only walked 2171 steps! this is not possible! last weekend i walked every asile in Sam's club then did the whole zoo and it showe…

ok i think my weight is down to 246. i will try to weigh in the morning. i decided today to eat an enchilada dinner for lunch. i have had some bites of cooked during the last 15 days, but i have eaten predominantly raw... i would say never less than 90% raw. this is remarkable with the stress of late, the fact that last weekend was my birthday and we went out of town. i went to a wal mart and sat in the motel room bed eating an avacado and fruit. yay me! so i am hoping this is a permanant lifest…

food: ok so i ended up still at least 80-85% raw! dear neighbor made homemade tamales. i ate 3. then i had crackers with my avacado and tomatoes tonight. not too bad, but not good either.
