Well, I fell off the wagon back in April and some time in June I re-committed to this path. I am officially off milk (super yeah because that was really difficult), caffeine and anything processed or white (i.e. sugar, pasta, rice - though every once in a blue moon I will have a bit). I now don't go up more than 2 pounds before I nip it in the bud and somehow that seems to work. Since I've recommitted I've gone down 10 pounds (after having gained back 5) and see myself continuing on this downwar…
