Been a great day so far. I am wearing my new scarf that I made. I am so proud of it.
As for RAW eating, I had a bowl of berries (actually blackberries, strawberries and cherries), handful of raw apricot kernels, handful of sun-dried wild mulberries and half of a superfood smoothie. Drank half a bottle of kombucha and ate handful of Himilayan Trail mix mid-morning. Went home at lunch. Made green smoothie w/ banana, spinach, sunflower sprouts, E3, and cacao. Also ate celery with salsa and sunflower pate for crunchy craving. I will say that I a had a green tea chai latte which was not cold-brewed. I need to plan ahead and brew some cold to take to work with me. Tonight I am going to the Spiral Diner to have a raw salad and ginger/carrot/apple juice. If I am lucky, they will have a raw dessert (fingers and toes crossed). :~)
