food: yeah me! ok i have had a few bites of cooked food, but only a few bites in four days. it has been pretty easy so far. i will admit i walked into a health food store today and saw brownies and wanted to sit in the floor and eat them all! instead i did my shopping and had lots of spinach instead! it was soooo good! and i don't hate myself tonight.
weight: so day one i weighed 251 lbs. today i weigh 248. i know it is water but seeing the scale go in that direction for a change and knowing i am making good choices feels really good.
water: i have had a gallon of water every day.
walking: not far enough only about 4,000 steps a day.
accomplished: not much this week, only daily chores and grocery shopping. i have had to babysit all week.
want to take my measurements just for a baseline.
emotionally: so good so far~ normal things at home, nothing too crazy. mother has been angry/ depressed all week, so i have had some drain there.
