I'm down to 195 (5 pounds from when I started the challenge) and I'm feeling great. I am now craving the fruit in the morning, some tea without sugar in the afternoon, and a big salad in the evening. I'm already noticing how much less water my body is retaining - my bras are now loose on me, my rings are loose and my face is starting to look amazing. This never happened before on any other diet I've been on where I lost 5 pounds. I'm so excited! I have to be careful not to go crazy with the scale and remember that all of this is also for health, not just for thinness' sake. Grateful to have this forum!
