100 Day Raw Food Challenge

just a quick update i weighed yesterday (july 1) and i weigh 241. this means i lost 10 pounds this month. yea me! yea raw foods! i was not perfect all month, spent two weekends out of town and last weekend was difficult because i was not well prepared. i did not have a cooler and my food kept spoiling in the 108 degree texas heat. so i ate alot of chinese steamed broccoli and green beans. i did work outside almost everyday in june trimming trees and cleaning the yard, the heat has gotten so bad i may have to stop until fall. anyway ten pounds this month makes a total of 28 pounds since febuary 1 when i started getting serious back into raw foods. my goal is under 200 by january of 2010 which is 42 pounds to go this year. i can do that since it averages to seven pounds per month between now and then. 15 a month would be best, but i want to keep my goal at under 200 so that i dont get overwhelmed.

i have done pretty good with drinking water everyday and with moving/ staying busy. think i may order a rebounder.
