Well, I fell off the wagon back in April and some time in June I re-committed to this path. I am officially off milk (super yeah because that was really difficult), caffeine and anything processed or white (i.e. sugar, pasta, rice - though every once in a blue moon I will have a bit). I now don't go up more than 2 pounds before I nip it in the bud and somehow that seems to work. Since I've recommitted I've gone down 10 pounds (after having gained back 5) and see myself continuing on this downward trend of weight release. Tomorrow I'm going up to Ithaca, NY for a Ann Wigmore-like 10 day retreat (a bunch of friends invited me) and while it is very strict, It will be good to release even more weight. The last time I was up there (2 years ago) I lost 22 pounds in 3 weeks. It was difficult to re-integrate but I'm going to do it differently this time around (mostly by being 90% raw going into it unlike the last time) so I don't have the digestive difficulties I ended up with the last time.
