Hi Angela, thanks for watching my video. You are right I was pretty excited to meet David Wolfe. There isn't much of a raw food community waaaaaaay up here. And David is so charismatic, he just looks so alive and vibrant. It's very inspiring.

yeah. I have been doing a number of imbalancing things, simply starting with not enough sleep. I need to get back to meditating in the morning and doing what you said. along with yoga.
I love you

I love you mom! I was upset today cause I missed you guys so much. I think this has been the longest ever I haven't seen you. Give simi all my love, Knee problems run in our family, Gina had terrible problems with hers, I've been dealing with something similar, I've fallen a couple times too, because my knees just give out.

I love all of you so much!!!
XOXOXOX

Angela,
I completely agree. We all have to do what works best for us, or what's the point? :) I'm sorry your husband got sick. If I ate the way DW prescribes, I would be as well. I like to take a bit from various authors, test it, see how I do, and modify as I go. Our bodies change every day, and so must our diets. I'm sure some would disagree, but this has been my personal experience. (big hugs)

Angela,
Thank you very much for your suggestion (to add spices to raw food because I may need sulfer). I considered that too, so I am making a point of adding spices to my raw foods. I was trying to omit them because 80/10/10 is about simplicity, but I would rather be spicy on raw than omit it and fall back into cooked. I think Indian food also provides the "halo effect". I learned about it from fasting girl on youtube. She said the exact right ratio of fat, salt, and sugar has a drug-like effect in our brains and indian food achieves that. I believe it. Right now I am enjoying a spicy cucumber salsa. It has avocado, agave and spices to satisfy all my taste buds. I only wish I had mango and tamari . I appreciate your feedback. :)

I just read your post, your hair looks beautiful, you look beautiful. I'm thinking hubby is probably with you all again helping to set up your new raw kitchen! I really like what you said about being a participant in your own life! Great post!
