Raw Stylist,

You made me want to learn how to make some good looking raw food dishes. Yours look great. I never was a great cook. Perhaps I will do better at whipping up some delicious raw foods delights. Lol!

My taste buds are really starting to change and appreciate raw foods. I still crave cooked and junk food, but I have stayed away from them for the most part.

Happy Halloween. ;-)

With love,
Peter Love

Hey Lady! I hope that all is well with you. I've been away for over a month! Intentionally all of September...it was Ramadhan and so my focus was on that. And then I haven't had my computer until today! So I'm back...better late than never. Thank you so much for thinking of me and being concerned. I'm off to work now. Hope you're having an absolutely wonderful day and I hope to talk to you soon.

Thanks for compliment. Running alone won't do that!I do as many different cardios as possible[run/cycle/swim/walk] but at an enjoyable pace.I do run but never more than 3 miles and I walk/run more than running as I take my two dogs push me and pull me! I am a trainer but try to make fitness a part of an active lifestyle, never go to gym just outdoors in nature. Keep it up and with the healthy raw diet you will see results!

Raw Stylist,

Thank you for welcoming me aboard Raw Fu. I look forward to meeting new friends, like yourself, and making the most out of becoming 100% raw. I love your "My Page." The food looks delicious.

How do I get started with the 100 day raw challenge and with whom?

Eager to get started in the Chicagoland area ASAP. :-)

With love,
Peter Love

Hey there,

I am doing well. My son and I evacuated to Atlanta. I will be heading back to New Orleans tomorrow. How are you and your daughter doing? I will be in touch when I get back to New Orleans.

Sending you love,

Hey Lady! I'm hanging in there. Been working hard and trying to get organized. Ramadan is starting in about a week and I am really trying to get my mind and body right. I have to get hydrated before I start fasting from sun up to sun down! I'm glad to hear that your raw challenge is going well. Unfortunately I can't say the same. Sorry to hear that you are going through hurricane season. Stay safe! What are you in school for? What year are you? Have a great night and day tomorrow. I'm turnin out the lights! Zzzzzzz

Yes I understand. Sometimes working with someone else relieves enough stress so that your life kind of flows better...at least for a while. The summer is very slow for massage as well. It doesn't really pick back up until kids go back to school. I use henna, but those little niblets drive me crazy! lol

Have a wonderful day, and take good care of yourself!

Hey Lady! I am TY-yurd! LOL! I had a strange night last night...fell asleep earlier than planned at 8:30 and woke up at 1 am, couldn't go back to sleep until 4 am and then overslept until 9:30! And to top it all off...I don't know what I was fighting last night...but I have the worst crick in my neck. I just finished some zuccini pasta with a tomato sunflower pate. It was okay. The nut pate was the bomb! Sunflower seeds, red onion, garlic clove, fresh basic, celtic sea salt, cayenne pepper and a dash of agave. It tasted almost just like a meaty spaghetti sauce. But I just cannot get with the cold zuccini noodles. I said that next time I would stick the noodles in the dehyrator for a few to heat them at least to room temp. I'm going to have my lemon ginger green tea and call it a night.

How is everything with you? What's going on with your knees? Did you read my post today on the forum about knee pain? You know what, you really need a massage after what you have been through mentally. Treat yourself to a massage, even if it's only for a half hour. You need to unwind. I know I do! I am a massage therapist and I'm supposed to get massages after every 10 that I do, or either every 2 weeks at the least. I haven't had a massage in TWO YEARS! I know, it's awful. But I guess it's like the hair stylist. I have had several who looked like their hair never knew a comb! I guess they spend so much time working on everyone else that they can't take a moment for themselves. I know how that is.

So how is business? Do you have your own shop? What is a good natural alternative to regular hair dye? I mean, is Aveda really all that it's cracked up to be, or is there something better.

Don'cha hate when people bring up work while you're at home trying to chill? **wink** Have a good night. I'll talk to you soon.

don't panic about the "soy is bad" too much. we've all survived eating soy and are now making choices not to. does your daughter LOVE tofu scramble? is she eating tons and tons of it? if she loves a little bit then that's ok. but i think a better choice for breakfast would be something like a banana smoothie or what i call "banana mash," very much like that picture you have, above, with raisins and raspberries and blueberries and maybe some agave nectar. or something like that. she doesn't "need" soy protein, but if she enjoys it, she'll survive.

Hey - If you give the juicer to BarbaraB - the girl probably doesn't have the cash to pay freight. Let me know what freight charges are and I might be able to help you out with that so she gets it at totally n/c.
