Hey Chris, Thanks for stopping by. I have to tell you your before and after pictures are VERY inspiring! As a 260lb single mother who's about to be laid-off I need all the inspiration I can get. Funny thing is I feel fantastic, hopeful and excited at what's to come. I see myself 100lbs lighter and running my own business by this time next year. I'll be taking the next 100 day challenge as a new beginning. Any tips to keep me on track? :)
We drove by Mt Shasta on our way to Raw Union. It's so beautiful in that area with the mountain as a backdrop.
I grew up in suburban L.A.. It had its perks, beaches, mountains, etc. The air quality was in need of improvement :/

I hope to post some before/after pictures soon. Not as dramatic as yours, but they are mine :) I've lost the weight, but need to tighten up the muscles and skin.........Any tips on that?

Glen's an awesome guy and is always lookin' for sun-stuff to draw more people to the cafe and spread the raw-word! So I would definetly contact him! :0)
Hey Bro!! I think the cafe may be a potential venue for a group class for the 7-hour gig, I would talk to Glen more about that though , because I dont know if he's hosted events that long, so it may involve some pre-planning! Definetly gotta hit up the pot-luck at the cafe it's great stuff! Look forward to seeing ya bro! :0)
