100 Day Raw Food Challenge

I took this video on Sunday, March 8th, and am finally getting around to uploading it. There is much chaos going on in my world right now, but I'm still happy, and I'm still gardening!

Yay for the lovely gardening!

I'm so sorry about your brother. It is sickening how hard it is to get treatment for addiction in this country.. How incredibly sad and unfair.

Permaculture is the way forward, no hoeing or very little...:) ...and you get lots of food for very little work..http://www.spiralseed.co.uk/permaculture/...http://www.permaculture.org/nm/index.php/site/index/...http://www.permaculture.org.uk/mm.asp?mmfile=whatispermaculture.....you have some sexy vegetables Bunny ! Make sure the vegetables are seed producing and collect some form a few for the next time...saves money and you can give them away too...

Collard Chips Grrl!!!
The taste is better than kale chips ... although the crunch factor is better with the curls on the kale.

I've got tomatoes in pots, so I kind of cheat on my frost dates for our spring locations by bringing mature tomato plants with me.

My work season is about to begin ... I'll be both busier, and yet somehow I'm more structured, so I'll be doing more than just hanging out in a hammock chair and reading trashy Sci-Fi.

I've got the dehydrator full tonight, spinach snaps, and some kale chips. It's only 52 here today, so I'm in hibernation mode ... I spent the day in the kitchen. I'll be working from my camp-kitchen while I'm in Atlanta (April-May) ... so I'm enjoying this kitchen while I can.
