Have you read anything on food addictions? We all have them because food has been our comfort for so long. With this raw food lifestyle you are cutting out the meat, sugar and grains that we have always eaten and your body is freaking out because it wants it, because before you always gave it to it, even if you didn't eat that much meat before. Just know that this is something we all have in us and sometimes knowing that helps you realize whats going on.
Hope that helps, I sure didn't know it when I first went raw and I felt like I fell off the bandwagon alot. Now I try to not beat myself up for it. It is hard for me to get that though my head because I have ALWAYS been in diet mode since I was young. And I was the dictionary picture of the word yo-yo diet!

Stay strong girl - you are not a cheater, you recognised that your body had a craving, you yielded to it, but you're heading back onto your track - we've all been there (some of us are STILL there and trying to find our way back too).

You seem like a lovely person. Just know how many people are rooting for you and sending you some RawFu love ;-)

No worries, you're right, it IS a process...just keep comin' back, keep doing as much raw as you can, & soon, it's more 7 more, & the other stuff falls away!
When I've craved meat, there's been different things that've helped...like more fats (especially avacados!) & more iron-rich foods (greens, etc...& I've craved it much more, being anemic, so i'm focussing on healing that with herbs...yellow dock root tincture, in particular...)
Remember meat has no fiber, so when you do eat it, add lots of fiber-rich foods....leaves you less room for the meat, too!
You can do this...this climb back up on the imaginary wagon & enjoy the ride!!!
